Pour a package of cooked chickpeas, a clove of garlic, a little olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a food processor until a homogeneous paste is formed. 5. Chicken and Spinach Pies

First, preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, combine 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken, 1 cup cooked and chopped spinach, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 egg, salt and black pepper. Place spoonfuls of the mixture into pie pans and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
